Hold the standard
When peers pushed back on capacity, I kept the customer-experience bar: every migrated article had to be rewritten around one customer task. Contractor funding and automation made it workable.
Read the case →I set product direction, build teams, and lead complex change. My 20+ years of product and design leadership span marketplaces, commerce, healthcare, and customer support at eBay, Eventbrite, Groupon, Grand Rounds, and Adobe.
Most recently, I spent seven years leading product for Adobe Help, serving 250M+ users annually. I’m seeking senior product leadership roles, including roles spanning product and design.

Customers can’t get value from what they already have. I find where the experience breaks and rebuild it around the customer’s task.
Customers moved faster than the product. I make the case to rebuild for where customers are now.
A team needs one direction. I set the priority, the quality bar, and the shared measure, and build support to deliver them.
I’ve led product and design teams working on customer support, healthcare, ticketing, and merchant tools.

I bring product, design, and engineering into the same conversation, looking at the same evidence. I’ve grown two organizations: the Grand Rounds design and research team doubled to 17 people in 10 months, and Adobe Help reached a peak of 27.
“How we do work is as important as what we do.”

These cases show how I set direction, establish priorities, and build support for change.

Read the case →Our Director of Product and I saw that an incremental backlog would not close the gap. We stopped it and reset the work around three member needs.
Read the case →I committed the design organization to the responsive rebuild as its top priority and paused almost everything else, over my team’s strong objections.
Read the case →I argued for investing in merchants. The journey map won executive approval to rebuild Merchant Center; the satisfaction trend and a speculative prototype then won over the PM who owned the backlog.
Read the case →I led design and research organizations through 2019, then took on product ownership at Adobe. Product added the roadmap, portfolio priorities, and business results. Design leadership stayed part of the job.
Earlier: design and UX leadership at eBay, Salesforce, and Walmart (2005–2014).
I’m seeking senior product leadership roles, including roles spanning product and design. Let’s talk about the problem, your team, and what a better outcome would look like.
